  Best Harvey Norman I’ve been to, hands down!! This will be my second time dealing with these guys and they have been great both times.
  Quick and painless service, staff are well trained in the products they are selling and can answer your questions without hesitation, they don’t push products onto you, but are still happy to answer all you questions even if your not ready to buy straight away.

  Incompetent staff. Happy to waste w hours of my time coming from Belconnen. Called and was informed that my phone had not been sent to get repaired on the Saturday morning. 20 minutes later get told it will cost $99 to get data off the phone. I tell them I will be there the next day. I arrive only to be told John in the technical department hadn't read the instructions informing it was already sent on Friday. Wasted 2 hours of my time to go there and back. Excuses given today were that the documentation wasn't handed over (1st person), and that John is new and didn't know the procedures and was working unsupervised (manager). Not even a word of apology. Keep clear. This store has no clue.

  I purchased a lounge two years ago. The sales staff assured us it was hard wearing easy to maintain. Stitching along top of lounge has come apart and as a result the lounge is unserviceable. Contacted Fyshwick store requesting assistance but was told nothing they can do!

  Very impressed with Brian for helping us in our purchase of a dryer and TV. Our dryer 'died' on us on Tuesday. We scrambled to get a new one because we knew it would be difficult with the festive season looming. We got one but then had the unenviable task of getting an electrician in this very busy time. However, Brian helped us to secure their electrician and everything has been sorted. Rob, their electrician was fantastic. He managed to squeeze us in and stayed till 9pm last night to complete the work. The work involved installing the new dryer and mounting our TV. It was a mammoth task but it was done. We will be forever grateful to Brian and Rob for helping us in this tight situation. Thank you Brian and Rob.

  Same pesky sales people waiting to pounce on customers who are merely browsing. If you must make a purchase then do your research online and then utilize Click & Collect for the most effortless and efficient way to be in store for the least amount of time possible. Hardly Normal has not changed much in many years. Good luck haggling a deal too.

  Extremely poor service today. I got completely dismissed as I was asking about smaller fridges, ended up being told after being shown large full size ones and saying again I wanted smaller ‘they are over there, I’m just going to help these people looking for a large fridge’.
  Needless to say I walked out and my money went elsewhere along with the other things I needed to purchase
