  Phoebe, we have also had no contact with this store regarding a dining setting that we purchased and paid in full for back in June. Last communication was 1 October when we were told via email our order would be dispatched in two weeks, now 3 weeks later and no further communication. Not answering phone, store was closed on Saturday and no email contact.

  Been trying for weeks to get in contact with this company about having our lounge delivered with no success, we understand lockdown but we have emailed and called at least ten times now with no response. The lounge was fully paid for months ago and we had received a few replies but now nothing. Will be taking further action if we do not hear from you.

  I booked a table in the store in July and arranged for delivery in September. Since September, I have contacted the store through email and received no effective reply. The Shop staff called me last Tuesday and told me that they would arrange delivery on Friday or Saturday. I have been waiting at home for two days, but I haven't seen my table yet! Also can't get in touch with the business!!!!

  Where to begin.
  
  Ordered a Lounge and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to make and deliver. Here we are 10 or so weeks later and still no lounge. Was called last week to say the lounge was on its way and delivery would be 7pm. An hour later the truck arrives and the driver says “so we only have 1 of 3 pieces, the rest is in Sydney” when asked when I could expect the rest they told me the next day. Next day came and went and nothing. Called the store and spoke with the store manager the next day and he told me that he would ensure this was delivered the next day. I called the next day after hearing nothing further only to be told by the manager “they went to Sydney and picked up a truck load but didn’t grab yours” (are you kidding me? Why would you even tell me that!?) I told the manager that I work in retail (Christmas time - yep not ideal) and would struggle to find time to be home on the 23rd but could if given a time. He told me he would call me. Nope.... was up to me to call again. It is now Christmas Eve and I called literally 20 times today with not a single answer (even tried off different phones). I ended up leaving a message sharing my frustration with the store and was called back 10 minutes later. The manager told me that he PROMISED the lounge would be delivered by 4-4.30pm! So I took time out of my day on Christmas Eve to ensure I was home. 5pm came and I called the store. NOTHING! 5.30pm. NOTHING! And so on. I explained to the Store Manager that I needed to drive 5 hours to the coast after drop off to see my family for Christmas. It is now 8.11pm and there is still no delivery (I’m now aware this is not coming today - or probably no time soon!). I have now literally cancelled my trip to the coast for Christmas Day to spend with my family because at this time there is no point.
  
  If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business and will never be shopping here again. My advice to anyone who is thinking about purchasing something from this store is DON’T! Go somewhere.... ANYWHERE else!
