One month after it was delivered it developed a crack in the top (it was not exposed to excess heat, light or temperature changes) The company replaced it within a month. The replacement table was poorly made, with joints protruding and gouged extensions. The company said that they would again replace it, although the store manager was leaving the company. She promised that her successor would follow up on the replacement. A couple of months later, table #2 began cracking. It has been 11 months and we have not heard from the new store manager nor have we seen a replacement table. In truth, I believe the table is poorly constructed and I worry that the next replacement will be even worse than the first two. I figure, when the cracks get dreadful I will fill them in with a wood filler and revarnish the wood. Not impressed...
