- Josh Wilson Added October 15, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great customer service throughout the whole experience. Came in late on a Wednesday after work and relatively close to closing time to look at ski boots. Although (as I found out) normally something that requires a booking, the staff were more than happy to fit me in and size me for boots, including an assessment of skiing style and body ergonomics.
Once the 3 pairs of suitable boots had been identified and fitted, the staff were patient whilst I decided the best style and feel.
At this stage, even with the store being past closing time, I was offered to have the boots put through the heat moulding process on the spot (an additional half an hour further past closing time!).
Through the whole process I was welcomed and any questions I had regarding the boots themselves or skiing in general were met warmly.
I couldn't recommend Straight Line more for any skiing product related matter! They even offer a great hire selection!
