    (shouldn't have any stars rating at all) How come such a big international company with such a bad customer service! I booked for a pick up between 11-2. Got a call that driver was here earlier and no one home (But I was at home the whole time) Rearrange a pick up, confirmed everything to be picked up by 5pm. At 5, I called again was told there's no booking at all which I spent half hour before to confirm everything. What kind of service it is. Wasting a whole day at home for a parcel to be picked up and nothing was done.
    Driver was told that he/she could not or no responsibility to call for collection. I also do not want to waste your driver's time, all the way to come for a collection! I think the company can be more client centric! We all trying to help one another out!

    This is the first time I have written a negative review for someone. But I can't hold my anger toward UPS. It has been more than one month that my package has not been delivered, but I paid a huge amount of money that ensures my package to be delivered between 4-7 days. Such a horrible service!
    When I contact them, always "I'll check and call you back". But they have done nothing, not pushed the custom to release my package and kept asking me to wait, wait and wait!!! The goods in my package are gonna expired and who is gonna responsible for it???
    Paying a lot of money to deliver my package, but all I have received is a ton of anger!

    They lost a $155 Amazon package which i had to reorder. Then they tried to blame Amazon which was a blatant lie. So not only incompetent but untrustworthy also. Would not recommend to anyone.

    Where do I even begin, I wish I could give UPS Aus negative stars...I have had ongoing shocking "customer service" from UPS for the past month trying to retrieve over $300 that is owed to me by their billing/ customs and duties department. I have had to ring UPS over 10 times now and have sent 5 emails to try and get my money, and every time their staff has no clue about anything and their communication on the phone is that of comatosed sloths. I am bounced back and forth between their different phone departments because apparently issuing a refund is THAT difficult for a bunch of grown adults to figure out. Absolutely appalling. I would probably receive more helpful service if their phone line was run by toddlers. I will have to continue pursuing them for my refund, but after that I hope to never have to deal with UPS CS till the day I die.

    Sends me multiple emails advising delivery date and will be here before 5pm Monday 31st August 2020, my partner takes the day off work to receive it as usually couriers like to leave our packages out next to our letter box for ANYONE to just take. She waited and waited all day, I get home from work and still nothing. 5pm comes and no package. Check the tracking, its now changed to delivery by 9pm. Really? delivery by 9pm?? so waited, till 9pm (although I start work again at 3am). 9pm comes, surprise surprise no package. Meanwhile we are checking for any updates, I try contacting UPS. Of course they're not open at 9pm! Contact via a chat on their website, goes to the US, they advise me they package will be delivered by 11:59pm. You've got to be kidding me!!! Went to bed, woke up this morning, states changed from delivery time to "in Transit" please check back later.
    This company is ridiculous, if I could give zero stars I definitely would!
