  We filled out the initial form for a quotation. ACT Decks was responsive and we scheduled a time for a builder to come look at our site. The builder never showed up without so much as a call to advise. We rescheduled, he then called 15 minutes after he was supposed to have arrived to inform us he was an hour late. If a company cannot manage their schedule, they clearly cannot manage a project. We'll be looking at other companies.

  ACT decks has been such a pleasure to correspond with especially Nikita you can tell they really care about customer service and following the needs of their client. Would recommend for all your decking need’s especially if you have many queries before hand like I did.

  Good looking roosters, all of them. Amazing work. Can’t fault anything. The receptionist is also a 10/10. Great decks all round!

  ACT Decks built a new pergola at our place replacing our old timber pergola. They also constructed a spotted gum raised decking around our new outdoor spa including a glass panel spa fence. They also replaced our gutters and built a solid stand for our new rain water tank. The overall experience was excellent: ACT Decks understood our requirements very well and provided valuable advice during quoting. Workmanship and materials quality is first class: we are very happy with the results. The new pergola has excellent natural lighting and is very spacious. The deck looks stunning. ACT Decks accommodated minor changes throughout the construction when we asked and they also offered very practical solutions during the work. The overall result is extremely satisfying and we are now enjoying entertaining outdoor. I would recommend ACT Decks to anyone who is after high quality workmanship and attention to detail.
