I needed a battery for my fridge and I had been messed around for 2 weeks by another supplier who claimed to have stock only to be told they wouldn't get it until after I left. I called Auto One Fyshwick who told me they had it in stock, shipped it express for $10, and even called me to give me the tracking number. It arrived the two days later just as I was due to leave. Legends!

I drove a long way to buy an item they had, only to be told 'sorry, we're closed' when I got to the counter with the item.
