I called just as they opened on a Saturday morning, desperately searching for a truck as our removalists had cancelled on us and we needed to be moved out that weekend. Everywhere else was booked out as it was a long weekend, but once I explained my situation a staff member at AVIS was able to pull a few strings and get us a truck within the hour. We really don't know what we would have done otherwise! I was too stressed to even think about asking for the staff members name but he was incredibly kind and helpful and we will be forever grateful for him going out of his way to sort something out for us!

This was my second rental car from this location, I rent cars frequently and will now be making Avis Fyshwick my first choice when looking for a rental car
- Simon Boucher Added October 30, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Helping my parents move some furniture, we rented a truck from here with a platform lift. The lift remote socket was broken so we couldn't use it. Also the steering wheel was crooked when driving in a straight line, and the steering had about 20 degrees of free play, so to keep the truck pointed straight I had to constantly adjust the wheel left to right.
Mentioned these issues to the lady upon return, she was insolent and unhelpful.
Not recommended to rent from here, go somewhere that maintains their fleet better.
