- Rachael Ross Added April 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The female working behind the counter needs to be ONLY growing the grass and NOT having any customer interaction. She lacks respect, does not have a friendly approachable personality.
When she came out to the Bay where we were to collect the canturf, she was throwing it onto the truck roughly. If there are any splits in the canturf, I will be calling asking for replacement.
On viewing the canturf, I noticed some rolls of canturf looked dry while others look moist.
I'm still yet to be impressed with the canturf quality but the female needs a reality check. If you are the owner of this establishment; YOUR BUSINESS WILL NOT THRIVE IF YOU ARE MANAGING THE OFFICE. Get a new receptionist that actually like interacting with customers!
