  I'd give this place zero stars if I could.
  
  I dont know where to start....long story so I'll summarise..
  
  Booked in for AM aircond compressor swap over..
  
  4pm hadnt started job.
  Rushed to get it finished
  Me waiting
  I go to pay, surly old Italian man with pleasantries of retarded sea slug gives me a look of death..
  All i was trying to do was pay the man.
  He fettled around with EVERYTHING he could before "attending" to me.
  his phone rang twice and he took unseemly time to finish up the calls
  He put the bill on the counter without a word
  I handed him my card,, another 5 minutes later he had finished the transaction without any words in between cleaning up the filing cabinet.
  
  I then politely and quietly said to him "congratulations, you are the rudest person I have met all year."
  As I walked out he then spoke,, angrilly
  He followed me to my car that I was hurriedly trying to get in as I knew he was dangerous.
  As i tried to drive away he opened the passenger door, threw his cigarette in at me, then slammed the door so hard it caused damage.
  
  The AC compressor was badly fitted and needed to be redone..
  
  I am not making this up..I could not possibly imagine such a story.
  The anger towards this business still burns in me 5 years later..yes thats right this happened 5 years ago.
