  Recently moved and at the start of COVID I bought a considerable amount of furniture. It was great service and reasonably priced.
  
  Today, went in to buy more furniture. Asked if I could use the bathroom. Was told 'no, staff only'. Yet at the start of COVID they were all wearing masks, hand sanitiser everywhere, social distancing was very much enforced. I was still allowed to use the bathroom. Everything seemed a bit more relaxed (not greeted by someone at the door telling us to sanitise our hands, staff not social distancing). Double standard fantastic.

  Fantastic furniture is great with affordable pieces in modern designs. I bought a number of pieces recently when I moved. Four stars because when I went to the store to collect my online order I asked for help and instead of the being told that I should have gone to the warehouse a map was doing in front of my face and I was told I was wrong... It was one not so great customer service experience and yet when I called the following week about another order I'd made that I didn't receive a confirmation of payment for via email, a different employee was incredibly helpful and followed up with me. Overall is definitely recommend furniture from here if more expensive stuff is our if your range and you have some assembly skills.

  Affordable study table that does not bruise your pocket. That's my new study unit right there. I can't complain.

  The staff keep messing up with the order. At first, the delivery came one week earlier, informing them that the delivery should be in the following week. And on the delivery day, they have totally forget about the delivery. Finally the delivery came but this round they delivered with wrong quantity. Just one simple order yet so many mistakes.

  I have now purchesed 2 sofas and a bars stool.
  The quality of the the products is really good.
  The customer service was outstanding.
  Happy to recommend Fantastic Furniture as a place to buy low to high price furniture from.
