  I've bought full sets of tyres a couple of times
  for different vehicles in the past few years, as
  well as having tyre rotations and alignments
  done as well.
  The Jax staff have always offered excellent
  advice and service and their prices are very
  competitive.
  I always recommend them to my friends and
  family.

  Great experience here! Went to get a puncher repair done here and really happy with the service and the guys at the desk were great, so nice and helpful.

  Great service, kept the price low for me and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. Todd was fantastic, very friendly and told me upfront everything I needed to know. Highly recommended!

  Called up looking for a quote and the kid who answered was short and condescending to me - apparently just asking them to provide a total cost for four tyres is too much maths for them to handle.
  
  Even though the quote was $15 cheaper than elsewhere, I went with the other provider because of this treatment. It was only a 30 second phone call, but the staff couldn't even manage to be polite for that short period of time. Shame, you just lost yourself $600.

  The service the team provided me was beyond what I am used to experiencing. They went out of their way to help me out, including changing the tyre late in the afternoon at no notice. Thanks Jax.
