  You would expect someone, especially a so called reputable company who comes out to provide a quote, to actually provide the quote.
  
  In November Graham came out to provide me with a quote, he advised he would get back to me.
  
  I sent emails and tried to contact them for 4 months, I even asked them via email to kindly advise if they didn't want to do the job or if it was too difficult, not even a courtesy call to advise "no we don't want to do it"
  
  In summary, just another group who take money for the easy win, however what they lack is the skills to do something out of the norm or the basic customer service skills to contact the client and provide some feedback, even if they don't want to do the job for what ever reason, I lost several months waiting in anticipation.
  
  Beware of this organisation.

  Like the reviewer below I received a quote and have tried to get back in touch with the company since and cannot get a response. I've called and left messages on the mobile number provided on the quote and I've emailed the company but received no response. The landline number provided has been disconnected. I'd think the company has been closed down!

  These guys are the best! After installing ducted heating with Scandia 3 years ago we decided to go with them again for evaporative cooling last month. Steve the installer was professional, tidy and did a fantastic job and the team at scandia were very helpful with our enquiries and quote prior. Scandia are reasonably priced and are very experienced in their knowledge of heating and cooling requirements.

  We purchased a unit which was installed in Feb this year for $5.5k The dektite didn't seal and we had water come through our ceiling onto our beds. It took them months to fix and so many follow up phone calls. They finally installed a panel of sheet steel that goes from the ridge capping to the unit so the water runs around the unit. Unfortunately they didn't put our ridge capping back properly leaving holes in our roof so we had to fix that when we discovered it.
  Graham said he'd get a painter to fix our ceiling and we spent months calling and emailing because they wouldn't confirm a date or painter and then they stopped responding. We went to the fair trades ombudsman to ensure our letters were correct for requests about the ceiling repairs and then all their numbers were disconnected. We're now stuck with damage the insurance won't cover and they were a nightmare company to work with. Find someone else, anyone else, to go through.
