  I was never a GYM person but UltraFS has changed that. I have been attending for 9 weeks now with a group from work.
  Jake and Andrea have worked to tailor to the individual needs and fitness levels of our group with great results.
  I find myself looking forward to gym session days which is largely due to the incredible staff ( Jake & Andrea ) and their passion for getting you to reach your goals.
  I can't thank them enough which is saying something because I'm a mess whenever I leave

  I have been training at Ultra strength and fitness for over two years and it has been life changing! Jake is an awesome trainer! Jake personalizes my workouts and makes sure to hold me accountable. At ultra I am able to comfortably lift in a friendly environment. Check it out, you won't be disappointed
