    Great product but terrible service. Waited 5 months for my chair to be made after paying. The issue was a specific part being out of stock but I find it hard to believe that no chairs were made for 5 months.

    I was told numerous times that it would be ready next week...5 months later it came down to a very stern phone call. Unfortunate that it had to come to this to get my chair. Rather disappointing. Only buy from them if you don't mind waiting.
